JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
VIP Ticket Scanner / Customer Service Usher
Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests upon entrance with a smile and welcoming them to the show.
- Provide the primary level of guest assistance at the venue entrances.
- Able to use scanners at entrances and multi-task.
- Admit guests into the venue who present a valid ticket/credentials and deny access to those who did not.
- Provide guests with directions or other venue information.
- Act upon all comments/complaints in a prompt and friendly manner.
Qualifications:
- 16 years of age or older.
- Friendly and personable. Excellent customer service skills required!
- A team player. Must work well with others.
- Must be available nights and weekends.
Salary:
Starting at $8.00 per hour.
