Center Repertory Company (Center REP) operates on a AEA LOA/LORT D Contract. We hire both union and non-union actors, with priority placed on local contracts. All actors are hired as employees of the City of Walnut Creek. Union actor minimum for 24/25 in the HOFMANN was $569/week rehearsals (32 hour workweek - rehearsal & performance weeks), $650/week (38 hour workweek - tech). Non-union actors are paid on an hourly rate that varies per production (base pay $16.50 an hour) with a guaranteed minimum of $380 per week (23 hour work week). Union actor minimum for 24/25 in the LESHER was $547/week 32 hr week, $659 tech week (38 hrs), and $569/performance week (up to 6 per wk).
